The purpose of this website is to inform you of a class action lawsuit now pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (the “Court”) under the above caption (the “Action”) against Credit Suisse Group AG (“Credit Suisse” or the “Company”) and Brady W. Dougan (“Dougan”), Tidjane Thiam (“Thiam”) and David R. Mathers (“Mathers” and, together with Dougan and Thiam, the “Individual Defendants,” and together with Credit Suisse, “Defendants”). The Notice is intended only to advise you that the Action has been certified by the Court to proceed as a class action on behalf of certain purchasers of American Depositary Receipts (“ADR”) issued by Credit Suisse Group AG and your rights with respect to the Action.
The Court has not decided whether Defendants did anything wrong, and the Notice is not an admission by Defendants or an expression of any opinion of the Court concerning the merits of the Action.
The Settlement Class, certified by the Court, consists of:
All persons and entities who purchased, or otherwise acquired, the ADRs of Credit Suisse between March 20, 2015, and February 3, 2016, inclusive, and who were allegedly damaged thereby.
